Teens and tweens program at West End Library

A special summer program for young people in fourth through eighth grades will be offered by the West End Library on Fridays from 1 to 2 p.m. The free program takes the library's summer reading theme "Make a Splash @ Your Library" and dives deeper into exploration of water-related themes.
